Thank you for your letter of the 19th November about the Law and Sayer Collections. I have noted your amendments

I am to the arrangements proposed in my letter of the 17th. sorry if the letter seemed rather didactic it was not so intended. Unfortunately I had to draft rather hurriedly as we have been very busy preparing briefs for the Secretary of State

I enclose oopies of our letters to Sayer, the Crown Agents and Hong Kong so that you may be fully informed on what we have done.
